They had these at sprouts like a year ago for about 50 cents each and I got a bunch. They were not terrible, and a convenient snack. I can't remember which flavor was my favorite.

It's actually not terrible. Super mealy. Whole pieces of corn. Decent flavor. Would not eat again.

Scratch that. Will eat again. Decent shelf life and caloric density, so I'll get some for my emergency storage.

unironically cornmeal is like cockroach powder so it's probably far more cost effective to just keep nixtamalized corn meal, beans, and some other shelf-stable fillings around
I bought a bunch of these because I do multiple-day shooting matches where I'm humping 60lbs of armor, guns, and ammunition for nine hours and pounding one of those between stages augments the road cycling energy gels that I bring
paired with one of the mini tabasco bottles to offset the greasiness with vinegar, it's pretty good if you're starving
