got my little batch of 12-14% apple wine almost done for this round.
>>22013911 theres always one ignorant faggot has to say something like this. you know how you get botulism from homebrewing? You make it like niggers in jail make it using rotten potatoes, packets of sauce, and then 'filter' all the bits out using moldy socks.
>>22013911 botulism is basically a myth at this point, same with those retards who think you're going to create methanol and go blind while distilling Anyway here's some stuff I'm fermenting. 3% salt by total weight (water+veggies)
>>22013968 thats going to be tasty. we've done a lot of kim chi style ferments before. cabbage, carrot etc with spicy pepper flakes mixed through. its great.
>>22013167 I just moved to WV and in this state, you're allowed to have a 5 gallon still and make whatever alcohol you want, including moonshine. I'm considering it
>>22013997 distilling does sound good. i never bothered investing in the gear personally but wouldn't mind trying. mostly i just dont want that much strong booze around al the time lol.
wine strength stuff does the job and it easier on the body.
I wonder why there's no flat beer available at all. There are some beer styles with lower carbonation, but none of them is actually flat. Like, what's the deal? I can make beer flat, but it's not served flat at bars.
