I have eaten hardly anything since then. I was super hungry this evening so I ordered some generic immodim and some pizza rolls and a quart and a half of ice cream. I ate all of the pizza rolls but am not sure if it would be okay to eat the ice cream.

a bunch of sugar and fat could pretty easily cause more diarrhea if your digestive system is already having issues though. that's why they recommend just eating starchy fibrous foods and not a lot of fat and refined sugar.
