We’re doing a beef on weck for lunch today.

If you’ve never had it, man, that bread makes such a difference. And you need good horseradish, better than what I got.

Yes. It's kummelweck bread. Hence weck. It has caraway seeds and big pieces of salt. Otherwise it's just a roast beef sandwich.
