Ignoring the genetics for a moment, (as I wrote about it extensively in the other thread), I think a lot of the worldbuilding here revolves around gender-roles, and how Futas would be integrated into normal society. This raises a pretty basic question: Have futas always been there, or did they arrive on the scene some time after gender-roles were already established? If the former, then we'd basically need to rework human history from the ground-up, and in the latter, then we'd need to establish a point of demarcation.

Leaning into the former: The main reason why sex-based social roles developed is the centrality of pregnancy, and breastfeeding, in determining who can do what jobs. It's pretty difficult to go out hunting when you have a kid in your belly, or strapped to your chest. Another reason is that Biological Males (which I am here defining as anyone who has been through a testosterone-driven puberty), are on average taller, and more muscular than other humans.

I used to write a lot of actual world-building (about 6 years ago), but people often didn't find it as interesting as scenarios set in a world mostly like this one just with futa.

That's the interesting part. You see the DNA of the Futa essential focuses male development only for the genetalia. Most futas would still be bottoms, simply because they get the combined pleasure of regular vaginal sex PLUS the benefits of having a prostate to pound while that's happening.
Frankly, they're made for reach-arounds while being stuffed

That's how the site works: Alongside an image limit per thread there is the so-called "bump limit",
whereupon reaching it a thread just wanders down the pages 'til it falls off the last page.
It used to mean immediate deletion; nowadays there's a brief archival period before deletion.
The last page is usually page 10; but you occasionally see a page 11.
The page limit is also colloquially referred to as "auto sage", as it's as though
each post has the sage option enabled, which inhibits a thread from being bumped.

Anyway, I'm here for futa study, not site plumbing discussions.
