I highly recommend (if not already) finding an abandoned NTR story you've read and liked and then uploading the contents and having grok continue it based off the last arc/character personalities, adjusting details as desired. I haven't tried prompting it raw with grok/ai, as in "make an ntr story with xyz" but I imagine it's worse than what I recommend, as of right now at least.

Oops, I've only done it with NTS but not NTR (i like both so my brain just groups both of them together in my head) stories so far so I'll mention the NTR chapters I plan to generate and won't mention the NTS stories since it doesn't belong here. I plan to use this method to add more smut to "Being an adventurer is not always the best." (long slow burn) mainly due to the lack of smut. I wouldn't call it a downgrade; it's just different. The real problem is that this will make the next release take even longer. If he uses this time to add or change parts of the first chapters so that the orgy scene doesn't feel so abrupt and to give the main girl more development, then I'm fine with it.
Seto is too heavy in his BBS NTR phase. It looks like his idea of a good story or the NTR he currently likes are just stories where the girl happens to do it with someone else, with no ulterior motives from other characters or anything weird going on. That's fine for some stories, but if it really just begins and stops at the girl fucking other people, and having no personality past just being the childhood crush, then it just feels like a shitty story. Chitose was mainly hyped up because we thought there was going to be more to it with the sister, then there wasn't. This feels like the same case. The other girl doesn't need to have some plan. There just should have been a chapter or time gap where the main heroine had gone to parties with the group without the MC knowing (the readers would know or it would be implied), and then the story could have established that she had been sexually "developed" off-screen, hence why she's so normal about getting fucked by other dudes.

Most artists that do traditional NTR work (i.e. not reverse-NTR where the yandere does the stealing) tend to stay clear away from the yandere trope because it's incompatible with the genre in the first place. Yanderes are defined by single-target obsession. A yandere that can be convinced/persuaded/seduced away from their single target is just a poser trying to use the yandere name. It's not deep obsessive love if it can be rerouted that easily. Power dynamics are also key to the yandere trope. A genuine yandere is scary precisely because they are higher in the totem pole when it comes to threat or strength level. They're a danger to everyone except their object of obsession and sort of act like unpredictable forces of nature from the pov of their target and victims. You don't fight yanderes. You either survive them or embrace the crazy. As such, you lose a bunch of the appeal of NTR when trying to include a yandere. You can't really do normal corruption because its antithetical to the obsessive love thing. You can't really do maledom because then the yandere comes off as a jobber instead of the scary threat they're supposed to be. At that point, might as well just be a regular girl instead of a yandere. Heck, might as well just use a hypnosis app and be done with it. In the end, it's too extreme of a character archetype to make work in NTR. You either have to tone the defining traits down to make it work or just throw around magic and make the yandere not so much a yandere anymore.

You're talking as if a yandere is just a surface-level trait slapped on a girl like a tsundere spouting a generic tsundere line. A yandere is mentally ill, crazy and obsessive about their single-target. This isn't passing interest or surface level crush stuff. This is cult-like behavior that leads to murder or violence. To say anything else is to underestimate how much you have to unravel to get them to the point of NTR. That is way too much effort for the usual NTR author and is only maybe doable for a long series from a good author. And even then, it requires a level of finesse to make the move away from that deep obsession believable. Unless you timeskip like a mong and break any sense of pace or do the equivalent of brainwashing, most NTR artists won't bother.

These anons get it. Yanderes as an archetype require actual participation in the plot, not just generic line and you're good to go on establishing so-and-so archetype. An author can't treat them like a generic girl to be inserted in NTR scenarios because they do not have the same line of thinking as any normal girl. You can do that with a tsundere since such a character is just a normal girl who's just dishonest about her feelings. You can play around with whether a tsundere's feelings were shallow or just a crush before finding Chad. You can do such a thing with a lot of archetypes. But the yandere archetype is very specific and niche about what it's about. Yanderes aren't constrained by morals or the law. They have no qualms about murdering love rivals; let alone anyone they can mental-gymnastics into being a perceived roadblock between her and her target. They will murder, kidnap, maim, torture, and not even blink about such a thing. The yandere doesn't give a shit about shame or peer pressure by their very nature. They're not moved by discomfort from their target because they are already willing to isolate their target from friends, family, and other loved ones. Hell, the target themselves has a good possibility of dying and the yandere will just carry around a piece of her loved one's body and fuck off to nowhere. But most importantly, the reason finding NTR material with yanderes as the target is so rare is because they are a villainous archetype. They're led by obsession, jealousy, and obsessiveness. They do immoral things to get their target. They are far more suited to being villains in NTR doujins because such a role conserves their defining traits i.e. threat level and deep obsession.
I fucking love NTR and welcome any new approaches within the genre. But I'm not blind as to why most artists, even the best ones, aren't going to dedicate their 20-30 pages to trying to finangle a yandere into being the target of their NTR work.

In Boku Gatenkei they rebuild their relationship in the True Ending, you yourself say the story continues and I actually played this a few years back, seeing firsthand how Masashi and Misaki piece their destroyed relationship back after all the netorare and Masashi still being broken by trying to use Misaki for NTS purposes but even that is fixed as Misaki convices Masashi she only wants to be with him.
By virtue of Masashi and Misaki's relationship being patched up in it isn't really similar to Tada no Mesu 3 which ends on a very sour note, with everyone damaged and a relationship irrevocably ruined.
Also bringing Eroge into this kinda cheating, due being works with player choice it is more common to find NTR in h-games that do have good endings or revenge endings other than letting a relationship blow to hell irreparably like in static NTR doujin and pro manga where authors deliberately choosing a happy end or revenge end isn't as common.
