Mima decimates bosses, while Yuuka makes stages trivial (but only if you stick to the bottom center of the screen, which is something >>50930196 might have not tried). Meanwhile Reimu and Marisa are good all-rounders but they've got nothing special.

Actually Yuuka is about as strong as Mima against bosses if she can get close enough to shotgun them, and most MS bosses have a lot of downtime or blind spots to help close the gap. You also have a little more control over her shot than with Reimu's homing.
This does mean she takes more experience to play well, so Reimu is the simpler option. Marisa is just weaker Mima unfortunately, but her speed gets her rated highly anyway

I don't know Yakumo, a cursory glance at your threads and the very doujin series this panel is from suggests you're not doing much better.
I have to wonder who first made this dialogue edit, it feels myopically inflammatory. Yukari is mostly a meta offshoot of PC-98 Yuuka anyway so they're talking into a mirror here.
