I don't think you realize how slow these processes are. They first need to establish enough cases where an afab with a transplant has given birth, and the child has survived and is healthy for many years. At the very minimum we are looking at 10 years of cisf studies, another 10 years to determine that a transplant is viable in a transwoman, and then another 10 years of monitoring the kids health. So at the bare minimum 30 years. Remember the first womb transplant in a trans woman occurred 100 years ago and was not successful. This stuff takes time, a lot of time.
