All younger coworkers have to choose to interact with me first so I know I'm not triggering their anxiety or imposing myself inappropriately.
So what I would do, what I do, is stare conspicuously at the boymoder and smile occasionally hoping it would provoke them into saying hi. Theres also the factor that they are really cute but probably straight and are not interested in other troons not to mention old af manmoders. So that part also depends if you are yourself gay/trans/chaser. I really do think its more fun to have secret crushes and not blow up my spot and get fired.
