Is 2mg sublingual estradiol and 25mg spiro okay for starting??? I feel like my endo wants me to kill myself. I haven’t stopped crying since my T levels from my initial bloodwork came back. I’ve let T just rape me and rape me and rape me for 20 years is this even enough to stop it?? I feel like I’m gonna vomit.

no this is a hondose just start on injections. if your doctor is being a dick abt it go to a telehealth appt and get them to prescribe you EV injections, dose irrelevant. then you can do a starter dose of 4mg/7 days and ramp up to 8mg/7days (or whatever period so long as you get ~1mg/day injected). you can take blockers too, but you probably dont need them w/ high enough E. the first appt is just to get a bottle in hand, then switch doctors, they'll ask you what medications you're on, say 8mgEV/7 days and they will hivemind "continue" the dose.

i assume your doing pills in which case thats really low. Also ik its scary but you should be doing injections, perferably diy.
