both. I only have one cis friend but she's from highschool and i was homeschooled so we only spoke online. Idk where to find other cis friends irl, my anxiety is eating me up when meeting new people

finding a hobby you can do with other people helps (card games, competitive video games, skating, sports), because you can just find little events or hang outs around you focused on that.
