I think the gameplay is repetitive and lacking in depth (it's complex, but not deep) The story is occasionally charming and the characters are typically likeable enough but most of what happens is just filler
>>738744260 It's better to play it as a free visual novel. Trying to play competitively is a self-inflicting punishment (skimming supports for skills, parent-farming, etc.). Even if you become invested and want to expand your account, you have to consider that characters rarely (if ever) have returning banners. I suggest just resetting an alt-account whenever a character you really want comes out. Once you get a hang of the game, you can complete the URA with pretty much any support set up, plus borrowing someone's Kitasan Black SSR.
>>738744260 I still down know how luck works, some anons told me that I should invest in Mihono Bourbon but ran out of carats rolling Kita Black, Then yesterday got Bourbon out of nowhere from a random roll. I barely play lately because busy with other shit but as faar as I know I only want swimsuit Golshi and Sea of the pearl so I have more than enough time.
>>738744260 MANT grind sucks and it makes me question why I play. Guess I’ll make a full come back for Grand live but right i’m on auto pilot and logging on just to do non-career dailies
>>738750724 same situation I don't wanna plan races in advance and make generalists out of my sprint umas however my goat Fujin released in this period so I still have some inceptive to play
>>738750993 1K is the minimum these days, your wit is too low but you can still gamble it if you can't make anything better, skills and the other stats look decent
>>738751452 He's exaggerating. You can get by with less because there is diminishing returns for more wit but it's not ideal. At this point whale are getting max Speed/Power/Wit though so you are fighting an uphill battle.
>>738751452 I won 5 plats in a row due to my MLB Kitasan first mover advantage and then the advantage bled away and i wiped out ever since and only got my sixth plat from Pisces lmao then i wiped out again the next CM over from getting blocked With Fine Motion now MLB and an MLB wit SR i think my average wit hovers around 800-850, so this Digitan was a little low
>>738752165 I didn't get Fast Learner but i got huge discounts on Red Shift, Curvature, F&F, and some other stuff. I still had other nice things to get from the list like All I've Got, Fighting Spirit, and a strong discount on Glittering Star but i ran out of SP So it was a shame the wit was so low
>>738753604 As I don't really grind for CMs anymore, to at least do a career per day for my /v/club I run careers with different umas and I though Animu McQueen might be interesting it was barely above A+
>>738755141 NTA but i enjoy the competition and i like the resource crunch because it forces me to make strategic decisions and plan ahead for maximum efficiency.
>>738749109 Maya doesn't get free Spurt anymore and I don't want to pray for it so I'm going pace since I'm always training paces so my parents have decent skills, and so her ult does something
>>738744260 This game absolutely does not respect your time, and that's a shame. 1 hour Trackblazer runs only for the end result to be unsalvageable glue by way of RNG will never not be atrocious game design.
>>738756775 Sort of. When you train you'll get points that allow you to practice songs that give your girls passive abilities like more friendship bonus, [STAT] Bonus, higher specialty priority and so on.
>>738753272 I recommend picking a few skills if you play Late/End. In particular, you want something that helps your Uma's unique skill to consistently trigger. But yeah, otherwise, if you're blocked, you're blocked
>>738759098 MANT is make a new track, the newest scenario. It's fun, but the thing is that it takes a looooooot of time and the meta is cancer. Uma is still going strong in general but this is widely considered the worst scenario in the game
>>738756217 Feels like if you get max on a stat you should not be allowed to get 1*. Grinding out a boring Trackblazer for a while with awful item RNG and still pulling out an SS with only a 1* Guts ending is insulting even for cygames, a group of Japs that think you should be playing their games all the time and doing nothing else. The reroll system can't come soon enough, game is bad without it.
/v/mapyoi has two vacants open! >Look up the club in-game and please put "/v/" on your profile's comment beforehand, you can change it later after being approved! >A rank club! >We don't have any fan quotas but a level of activity is expected (careers, shoes, just play the game)! If you're among the few anons that aren't part of a /v/ club please consider us!
>>738760631 The faster it is to train an uma, the better it is to complete several objectives in a single session. You can think about training both a parent and an ace, or renew your teams for trials. Most normal people will never do more than one run a day in MANT, since we play more vidya besides uma, and that already sets you way behind the whales who ONLY play uma. To be fair, MANT has a shitton of decision making in every turn, which sets it above the average experience for the previous scenarios, but holy shit it will suck if you happen to invest an hour in a sub-par run.
>>738761940 Not him but my other issue is there no Hotspring. I have to play the other two mode if I want to unlock that. So either I have to choose to run a run that might turn to glue, or run a glue in a chance that it might be the hotspring run.
>>738766513 After they started hitting everyone with bans for posting in the threads, they went to /vm/ which is on its like 3rd 500+ thread of the day
>>738744260 I love the idea of it, seeing these humanized adaptations of the legends of a sport I never gave much thought to before. The game is not something I would play though, even if it weren't a gacha. Raising characters just isn't my thing. I'll keep watching and reading the manga and anime adaptations though.
>>738766920 >The game is not something I would play though This, if the game was like mario kart (minus the karts of course) then maybe I would consider playing it.
>>738744260 I just don't like gacha in general and can only stand it for so long. All the characters are extremely charming and fun but gambling for characters and burning out had me quit. I still love Oguri, Gold Ship, Super Creek, Rice shower, El condor Pasa, and Twin turbo. I'll at least watch the anime still and look for fan art
>>738766513 This place just awful when it comes to moderation in that there is no moderation. Just power tripping autists who delete threads they don’t like for personal reasons. /v/ overall keeps hemorrhaging activity
>>738761940 >but holy shit it will suck if you happen to invest an hour in a sub-par run I literally typed this and went to have the worst run of my life. Mood downs all around the career and a dry skin insta-combo mutilated my senior year. Also, running 1000 races to boost parent affinity and still not getting medium S even with a 9* spark. Just end this scenario.
>>738771248 You have the best chances of a good inspo by senior year (I very rarely get a distance in Classic) and then if you get fucked might as well finish the run and get the daily done and check if you get good sparks as consolation prize. Cyjews carefully planned this system from the very start.
>>738771443 Yea I mean gluing in senior. From the 5 borrows I usually get 2 or sometimes 3 Distance S if my uma has high Mile, and only 1 if I need mile or style sparks, so that singular distance S is my daily.
any group B mains here? I need some reference to what the average ace would look like, not sure if I want to risk going into A and roll against getting a win in that group to qualify for finals
>>738744260 I hate playing it. Repetition + RNG steamrolling me = pain. At this point I just play it to get reference material of signature racewear and alternate outfits.
>>738774548 it's to compensate for the fact that the player isn't really pressing anything. in an action game that dragon would be a separate button press for every hit it does, on top of every swing of the weapon you're actually using.
which is fine because the meat of the content there (and in all gachas) is the dps and the big numbers, which you can only get by rolling. you're not looking to pull off stylish combos, you just want to have a bigger dick than other players.
>>738744260 Honestly kinda shit... The meta being pulling for cards over the horse girls is already a big negative but my biggest issue would be dailies being kind of a slog, especially when HSR and Cunny Archive go out of their way to make dailies a simple ten minute sign in. I also think the writing is kinda shit and am already skipping events...
>>738750724 MANT is a grind but I do genuinely feel engaged whilst doing so. Careers in general take far too long for their own good even when skipping events, god help you if it's your first time on the character
>>738773035 >you don't even mash the button, just hold it and the game plays itself Wuwafags (if you even exist besides that one SEA tripfag), explain how this is not an autobattler.
