I can see 2 routes.
Apollo didn't confess (back) in the present directly to Arisu yet, which implies she is either Nene or Shinobu. Assuming of course that Apollo remembered that she disappeared on Christmas and she was supposed to answer and the timing is related to that.
The other route is really just Iko. Apollo has no plans for Christmas. If Iko was still more or less a shut-in by that time it makes the most sense. Apollo is super excited about the party, just like how Iko was all about DRESS UP PARTY! in the previous chap. Potentially there was also a parallel with Apollo wanting, promising to give him an answer and Iko interested in getting his answer, which he primised he didn't forget.
If you ask me Apollo will tell him that 'HE SHOULD ALREADY KNOW/SHE ALREADY TOLD HIM'. Which of fucking course would mean he won't discard either of them because he will think of the time(s) they said 'I love you'.
