Ok originally it was about a giant fit woman and her small man escaping Fantasy Japan for Fantasy Europe to go on an adventure and find out if they can stop the small man's inevitable transformation into a monster.
Very quickly they get picked up by Knights who are the rivals to Fantasy Japan's Samurai and Shang-hied into working for the Knights, at that point it turns into full Battle Shonnen
Now we're in what feels like a final arc kind of situation but who knows

And Raito doesn't know his real limits. Only that 3 seconds are safe. But what about 4 or 5? He needed to test that even though it would risk youmafication at least once. These limits are there for him to fight in a more efficient way but if he dies there, limits were useless.
