So far Howler and Rohan are the only interesting characters and the stand abilities are mostly uninteresting even if the designs are still top tier. I could not give any less of a fuck about Jodio and his friends. So far they are a vehicle for fights and nothing more. Paco vs Ningbo was a good fight though.

Probably not. He feels more like Diego and Jobin to me. Since his Stand was awkwardly named Eclipse Eight and Jodio's is November Rain, and this arc is all about making numbers go up, I think the actual big bad will have a Stand name referencing the number ten and Jodio beating him will be a reference to November actually being the eleventh month, so 10 > 9 > 8, but 11 > 10. I think that will be the theme.
