I think it'd be best for AH to be axed in a little while and have the author's mature a little before returning. I feel kind of the same about Kinato although with Amemiya I believe there's a fundamental flaw in his approach to making manga. If I had to go by Bakuman terms, he seems like the type who thinks about what would make his series popular and goes with that instead of going on instinct and creating something he genuinely likes which isn't necessarily bad but you can tell he kind of lacks a good feel of what's actually popular and why. Kinato is better than SE but it flips flops a bit, trying too hard to hit the perfect niche to appeal to. That ends up making a jack of many trades but a master of none which isn't really the best.

Precisely, I'm disappointed at Kinato's author lack of confidence. Everytime he looks at the (fixed) ToC he tries to imitate some kino moment from other manga but those had the building behind it

The AH author seem more of a natural that Amemiya for sure. He's pretty rough around the edges with paneling, page composition/flow and dialogue but he shows hes got a good eye with his big effort money shots and he's got pretty cool ideas, he just lacks some experience. That and his designs ooze style like it's nobody's business. I'm sure he can make it big, if not with AH with another new series.
Dunno about Amemiya though, maybe if he got paired with a very good editor who can set him on the right track. I think if he were to find his footing he'd be able to go ahead on his own but that's the hard part I guess.
