Apparently, Komekami! was a multimedia project from 2011 featuring rice-themed moe characters, originally created to promote local businesses in Fukuoka. Komekami! Girls is some kind of reboot/prequel where the characters are about 10 years younger. It follows seven sisters, the daughters of the missing rice goddess, who are trying to find their mother. It's basically a magical girl show for little kids. However, it's made by two literally who studios, the lip-sync is completely fucked, the animation is super inconsistent, the transformation sequences are apparently AI-generated (pic related), etc.

I tried watching it but it felt like a Japanese dub of a foreign language series.

it's other bc, A part is them showing CGDCcooking. then first half of B part has them explaining the dish. and last part spends 7 minutes explaining nutrition and dietetics of rice and shit but not in smooth 8fps animation but adobe flash style seen on youtube. Also all the ads are Fukuoka related.
