I'm trying to identify an anime that aired on ETC Chile sometime between 2015 and 2018, although I think the anime itself was made in the mid-to-late 2000s.
The clearest memory I have is of an adult woman with long blonde (or possibly very light brown) hair, light-colored eyes, and a somewhat sensual appearance. I remember a scene where a teenage male protagonist arrives at her apartment. There is a blue-lit hallway, and at the end of it a door is open with bright white light coming from inside.
When he enters, he finds the woman in a bathtub. She appears to be dying, unconscious, or possibly dead. I don't remember seeing blood, and since this aired during the afternoon, it may not have been graphic. I think she was still wearing a loose white tank top, and it was soaked from the water. I also vaguely remember her drinking a beer earlier in the episode.
The protagonist then carries her in his arms while trying to help or save her.
The overall atmosphere was serious, melancholic, and possibly neo-noir, with cold blue lighting. I vaguely remember there may have been sci-fi elements or even mecha, but I'm not confident about that and could be mixing memories from another anime that aired on the same channel.

Ah, I'd forgotten that Boku no Pico aired on cable channels in some parts of the world.

sounds like Boku no Pico to me

Now that I think about it, the description does sound like Boku no Pico, but there's no scene like that in that anime. Also, the woman I remember had long hair and looked about 20 years old or older. Besides that, the tank top she was wearing was quite large and not tight-fitting.

That can't be it, the one I'm talking about has a 2000-2010 aesthetic.

This anime looks different from the one I remember. The anime I'm talking about has a different animation style; it's brighter, which makes it look more modern. You can also see more blue tones than in Texhnolyze. Another important detail is that the protagonist isn't very young; there isn't a noticeable age difference.
