There is some evidence however that a civil war erupted between two distinct factions on Mars approximately 6-8,000 years ago (Heaven/Hell?), which resulted in the destruction of a tenth planet within our system, remnants of which now make up the asteroid belt and some of the larger comets circulating our system.
