I'm a huge fucking LOSER.

I failed once or twice and then I just kept losing for a looong time now.
I know it's stupid to even ask here but I am desperate and against the wall so to speak.

Context:
>Graduated in 2023, Software Degree and IT course (didn't know the market would get saturated this fast)
>2024 I tried to get a job the way you usually do
>2025, went abroad for work and only managed to hold a job for 3 months until the contract ended and the business changed owners
>2026, basically fully NEET and back in my home country after pussying out overseas
>Did a course in teaching English because I thought it'd get me short term cash (it did not)

So, what do I do?
I know any plans of having 'fun' 20's are over and done with but even the idea of getting anywhere in life seems impossible to me.

Also:
>Addicted to Doomscrolling, can't get enough sleep
>Not sure how to socialize or network if it's even possible for me
>Flat broke
>Most likely have some form of ASD and trauma, as pathetic as that sounds

I am trying to fix these things all at the same time but maybe I should look into getting meds or something.
I think I might be depressed or burnt out or something. I don't recognize being this fucked up, even as a teenager.
I just want to make money and be left alone now.

Maybe look into accepting a shittier job so you can coast for a bit
>>
I graduated with a CIS major the same year as you and im also 25. Stop being a NEET and work as a bartender/factory worker/whatever until you can get a tech related job. I had to work as a computer repair man for a year after graduation before I lucked out and got an IT job. It takes several hundred applications, dozens of failed interviews, and luck before you can land an IT gig.
Also you arent a loser because you dont have an IT job you just feel like one. I live in an apartment and work full time and i feel like a loser because im emotionally underdeveloped as a grown ass man. Only things that make me feel better about that are gym/running and my hobbies.

>Maybe look into accepting a shittier job so you can coast for a bit
I tried that locally with very little luck.

After I get my setup back to normal, I'll do some more freelance work.
I won't rule out anything at least.

>work as a bartender/factory worker/whatever until you can get a tech related job
I will, I'll get back into the market.

>It takes several hundred applications, dozens of failed interviews, and luck before you can land an IT gig
That's fair, yeah. Seems like a lot but there's no choice anyway I guess.

If at first you don't succeed, try again

BUT only if you try differently
>>
>>34549216
>BUT only if you try differently
Do you mean my mindset about things are about my career choices?

I will admit, I haven't had a clear roadmap for my life for the past year.

Let's build a SaaS together.
>>
>>34550880
Uh, how would we do that? Like via 4chan I mean.
>>
>>34550836
Should I get a full checkup for that, or should I wait until I am able to do this during an actual checkup?
>>
>>34546883
post "nigger" in the bluest of boards and get a 3 day ban. Don't reset the router and delete cookies. Stop solving these stupid captchas. Doomscroll only at mornings or when you drink a cup of coffee. Aim for some kind of disabilty gibs in your country. That's all you can do, nignog
>>
>>34550926
>Uh, how would we do that? Like via 4chan I mean.
Not via 4chan, we would add each other on Discord, slowly know each other, and then we would collaborate. I am feeling lost just like you. I have a few SaaS ideas, nothing groundbreaking, I don't plan on changing the world, I just want to be able to make enough money to cover our personal expenses, if it grows to actually generate more money than that, it's a win. Sorry, I was only able to answer today cause I was working. I don't like frontend BTW, I find it very easy to build the backend of anything I want, but I hate frontend, it's just tiring.
>>
>>34552812
all sorta good advice
>>
>>34553014
Okay sure, Discord would work good for me.
>>
>>34553376
I dropped my discord ID and deleted quickly, idk if you've seen it. You can drop yours too, not a problem.
>>
You're not a loser. You'll become one though if you fully convince yourself that you are, you'll self-sabotage yourself at almost every opportunity.
>>
>>34553400
All good, thank you. I managed to find it, I'll add you as soon as I can.

I'll drop my own later, just need to attend to a few things.
>>
>>34554512
>I'll drop my own later, just need to attend to a few things.
Sure, good luck with everything you have to take care of. Until then.
>>

>I have a few SaaS ideas, nothing groundbreaking, I don't plan on changing the world, I just want to be able to make enough money to cover our personal expenses,
I feel the exact same way, having a project that pays for itself is the best goal for starting this kind of venture.

>if it grows to actually generate more money than that, it's a win
Sounds great to me.
>>
>>34553014
>I don't like frontend BTW, I find it very easy to build the backend of anything I want, but I hate frontend, it's just tiring
It's cool, I managed okay with frontend and backend but I did pretty well when it came to frontend work for moat of my work.

Guys, let's join together and create some SaaS, then. That's actually perfect. But I can't tell who OP is or whether you guys are the same person. I had dropped my Discord ID before, but I usually get nervous and end up deleting it.

With that in mind, I created a Discord server called "SaaS Server." The invite will last for 7 days. Anyone who thinks they can contribute in a meaningful way is welcome to join us in the meantime. Depending on the number of people, we can assemble one or two teams. It's going to be an interesting experiment: https://discord.gg/MepMcc4d

Get a full checkup but push for them to check your t-levels too. It is better to be thorough about this stuff.

Sorry for the delay in responses, this weekend is more busy than expected, will followup properly when possible.

I only realised that last year, thankfully I've been trying to get out of my own way more. It takes a lot of effort though.

My mindset went from:
>loser > life-little person (PC play on intellectual-midget) > lazy man's version of an upstanding person

Just have to keep making progress little-by-little.

Also, what course did you take to teach English?
>>
>>34546883
Give up and “enjoy” the culture slop the woke have deemed fit to force upon us
>>

It was a 120 hour online course, for TEFL AND TESOL.

I'll provide better details once I am ready to use my laptop again.

>Give up
I gave up on a lot of big things already, I got tired of doing that too.

All I'm looking for is a decent way to make a living and to take care of the people and things I care about.

I'm not trying to be Batman, I just wanna be able to survive and chill three to four days out of the week.

But yeah fair enough, I shouldn't get my hopes up too high.

I suppose I am in a similar situation.
I will stop letting my mood dictac for now, I'll just focus on getting some schmoney without having to die for it.

>Only things that make me feel better about that are gym/running and my hobbies
Also a good point, taking better care of myself is easier with actual money but I'll avoid making myself weaker from now on.
>>
>>34560966
Any advice for a schmuck like me, any mistakes I should be desperately avoiding?
Besides my current failures I mean.
>>
>>34562315
I am Certificate in TEFL and TESOL:
>Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL)
>Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL)

Basically, I can teach English to anyone of any background so long as I can have a proper class with them online or in person.

My relevant experience comes from me tutoring and helping many of my other family members and neighbors as well as the time I have spent working as a teacher's assistant during highschool.

English was my best subject in school, and so was Research in college but I doubt those two mean much without a ton of job experience to fluff them up.

There are no magical answer here. Sleep, eat right, don't doom-scroll, apply for a 1000 software jobs that pay below market, work 10-12 hours a day.

Why some people do or don't, no one knows to this day.

>>34570063
You can ask ChatGPT, it's been the same answer for 50 years. Stop caffeine at like 10am, go to sleep on time, sleep 7-9 hrs, comfortable temp, completely dark, quiet, ear plugs and eye cover if needed, get off computer hour before sleep, don't eat right before bed, yada yada. Consistent schedule matters a LOT.

>>34563716
Drive a truck, join the military, or get into a nursing program. None of the other shit will get fixed at your income level.
>>
>>34570063
Depends on why you aren't getting enough sleep.

Practice your tech and IT skills outside of work. Have passion projects and you will soon be employed.

I can't get into the military or truck driving where I am but the last one seems most possible at this stage.

The military in my home country does nothing for a career and I need citizenship for the overseas militaries, so money is still the issue then.

Anything to consider with the nursing program?

Understood, I am getting my sleep and nutrition in order.

I'll put the rest into practice where I can this week. No phone for 45 minutes before bed too.

My interests are very visual and all over the place.

I don't think that'll really work until I evolve myself beyond what I am.
Without torturing myself though, l tried it before and it didn't help.
Anyways, money is the main concern.

I'll look at this video too as well by the way, just in the middle of something.

If you can't get a job that you want, get a job in warehouse, usually there are one or tow warehouse around amazon or something similar. Good pay with easy job and safe enough for a short term plans, work there year or two and search for better job in time.
