My autism symptoms are getting worse each year

>constantly stimming when I'm alone
>have even worse communication issues than I ever had
>much worse executive dysfunction
>0 motivation to mask
>constantly tired
>getting more angry when there are noises, light, smells

I'm at the point where I would instantly apply for euthanasia if it was legal.

Is there anything I can do to stop it from getting worse?

Meditation and gradual efforts towards self control can not only stop it from getting worse, but reverse it and remove it completely. It's behavioral, and behavior gets stronger the more it's indulged and weaker the less it's indulged. This applies to anything, from autism to gluttony to nailbiting.

I say this in the most loving way possible know it comes from a place of pure love and respect for you as a living being worthy of respect and love.

You need to stop eating like shit. Don't touch anything with perservatives, seed oils, sugar replacements(coke zero type sodas and candy), caffeine, artificial coloring, excessive sugars. Instead eat meat, cheeses like parmigiano reggiano, eggs, full fat yoghurt, honey.

Secondly you need to do physical exercise. You want to physically exhaust yourself daily so you don't have the energy to be autistic(yes really).

Thirdly you need sunlight and to be away from overstimulating devices including television for most of the day.

If you can't do these things then I can't help you.

Restrain the behavior you find harmful as much as possible, with the knowledge that every time you engage in it you make it stronger, and every time you refrain from it you make it weaker. Gradually you'll begin to see progress, as long as you continually apply yourself to eroding your habits over time. Spend a little bit of time every morning and every evening in quiet contemplation, asking yourself how did you that day, where you could improve tomorrow, and what your plans are moving forward. The belief that it's impossible to change is generally what keeps people stuck in a rut, so always assert to yourself that this can be done and that your efforts will bear fruit, given time. It also helps to read regularly, particularly philosophical works that encourage self control and self mastery.

you need to get out of a state of neuroinflammation and your brain is probably in a hyperglutamate state; take magnesium glycinate (everyone is deficient) , myo inositol (people who commit suicide are largely missing this in their brains), l theanine, avoid low quality sugar and other foods that increase inflammation, make sure you're eating lots of high quality animal products, ideally grass fed or game, some organ meats and seafood ; if you want short term relief try ketamine, it obliterates my autism symptoms and the aforementioned hyperglutamate state but again it's temporary; read grimhood's tweets for more scientific explanations on the brain and symptoms and diet/supplements, he helped me alot
