This. The sort of "wounded grown up boychild with a chip on his shoulder and an androgynous style" is a really common fuckboy type in artistic fields for example. In high school I was part of a goth/emo social group and if you asked any girls there what their type was, it was always frail, pale guys with longer hair and a vulnerable look, eyeliner optional but appreciated.
I don't know if you are primarily thinking of women or men though. In my experience men having a hard time seeing "twink" type guys as (sexually) successful and they will sooner get annoyed over women seeing their appeal than having respect for them.

Different anon and it depends on the men but this will not typically happen because it makes men salty when they see a guy being successful with women by having a very different strategy. Compare it to how natural tomboys would look at a girl on towering heels, a full face of make up and a butt hugging short dress who flicks her hair back every two words. It is annoying if she is super successful because it gives that "is that really what guys want after all?" feeling, it does not raise sympathy. I think it is the same with men looking at promiscuous androgynous guys. They like a man being sexually successful when they imagine it is them, not otherwise.

probably any rock musician honestly. a lot of midwestern bands play into the skinny/lanky twink but still maintain a somewhat masculine persona. maybe the lead singer of Bullet for my Valentine in the early 2000s.
