And I wear this belt whenever i got out with whatever I'm wearing. The small bag makes it more comfortable to carry my stuff around.

Get a watch and a necklace or something add some accessories maybe add rings if it's your stuff the accessories make the fit

I can try changing the shirt to a more form fitting one but can't do much about the rest since I'm a little short on money.

Maybe pants over the boots? That's how I usually wear it.

I was thinking about adding something since it feels too empty around the upper body, but I'm not sure if i can rock a necklace or rings.

I don't go out often aside from groceries (which is a walk of around 3-4 km since i live in a poor neighborhood) so for the most part I just try to wear something more practical and comfortable. Work i just have the uniform so that one doesn't matter much.

I'll think about getting a watch if i can find a cool one though. Thanks for the help!

Yea, a watch will suit you perfectly well. It's kinda awkward if you tuck in the shirt, so just leave it untucked and it'll be fine ig. Also, don't indeed tuck your pants into your shoes.
