I have dermatitis and i'm told that stress makes it worse
But I can't stop being stressed because interacting with stupid people is genuine fucking torture because they are all retarded mongoloids who will misinterpret every single little thing you say, and there are always more of them than you. I genuinely think that you should be forced to take an IQ test before being allowed to live on society.
But since there are more of them than there are of me, I can't. So how do I stop getting stressed from being forced to interact with people so stupid they make children with downs syndrome look like newton every single fucking day?

Don't fucking interact with them! If your goal is to improve your health by not surrounding yourself with any/most people, then do it. Move to some remote countryside or innawoods, get your groceries delivered to the door and take on a remote job that you can perform alone from the comfort of your home.

Right now there are literal countless authors / musicians / developers / researchers / etc. living in complete isolation to work on their shit without ever seeing some corpo asshole to be stressed out about.
