Is there anywhere in the US I can buy a few acres of completely unusable forested land for dirt cheap?
Every listing for "undeveloped land" is just single-home plots in unbuilt subdivisions. I want something that will never be suitable for building on completely wild, impassible terrain. Like a forgotten inaccessible corner of some failed 19th-century mining claim that's worth pennies because it'll never be possible to develop.

no, conglomerates caught onto this trick 30 years ago and own 99% of rural lands now to keep the squeeze on us

The problem you're having is that you're looking for a small lot in the middle of nowhere. That's not a thing. Finding land in the middle of nowhere is easy, but it won't be in small parcels.

Just buy the whole claim anon.

You're looking wrong. "Undeveloped land" implies it can be developed to those that want to develop it. You will probably do better looking for "hunting land" or "acreage."
Anything cheap will be inaccessible, likely surrounded by landowners who will deny you access. If there are roads it will not be that cheap.
