Pitohui. Hooded, specifically. Various pitohui species can become poisonous through diet. They eat something poisonous that then makes them poisonous. afaik, that one in OP is always poisonous because unlike other types, that one specifically goes out of its way to eat whatever poisonous things they eat too make them poisonous. Probably bugs. Frogs become poisonous by eating bugs that have a poison precursor that mixes with whatever in their digestive system and becomes the poison.
