Why do you people insist on spouting nonsense?
Cocaine works on any creature with dopamine, serotonin, norepinephrine etc receptors IE pretty much every vertebrate and even many invertebrates. The effect might vary species to species (for most insects, for example, cocaine blocks dopamine signaling, which is how they move so coke causes paralysis) but it does something to almost every animal on earth.
