Fast food fucks with me, hard. I think Sam Hyde, youtuber, said on a podcast about how they put shit in the meat and the cows, like anti-depresants, and that shit can fuck with you sometimes, depending on your brain. Basically it makes me feel depressed after eating Mcdonalds, I can't explain it, so I just avoid all fast food. I just ate a honeyed ham and cheese sandwich, delicious.

I eat a couple of Vietnamese pork rolls when I go for my grocery shopping outing every ten days or so. Does that count?

I haven't bought any major franchise fast food or frozen meals in years. Last time I had Subway and Maccas was over a decade ago, and it made me feel sick.

My oldest son is a shift manager at a Red Rooster, and he sometimes brings home excess food when he does the closing shift. I've eaten some of the fries a couple of times. I never eat the chicken.

I haven't in years.
Part of it was working in fast food where we had chefs with diarrhea who came in because the managers didn't want to close, hearing from people who worked at other fast food businesses who said this happened everywhere.

Part of it is how badly it affects me. When I'm on my run, lifting, stretching or otherwise I can feel the difference between when I've had a plate of vegetables with meat and when I've had any fast food. The heavy feeling heart, the stitch under your ribs, the difficulty all around just doing it. If it makes me feel all that the next morning, what the fuck is it doing to my insides?

Plus after so many years it simply doesn't smell like food anymore, it's just an oil smell.
Even if I wanted to, I'd struggle to force myself to eat it simply because it's not appetising, it doesn't make me want to eat.
