Half-Nope. Too far to get to them. Meow can't make some of the parts, but can build a whole one.
Meow could have luck with [mods] and find a scrap one which can be repair - [Meowmods] ironically have giben Meow a bike repair kit for when they find one. Meow also found a a [mod] scrap car for later, too.
But change of focus until bicycle
