The main problems with the black community as to why they're all being more retarded than they were before 2020 is easily condensed down into three problems (two problems that no one really talks about and one that is evident) because niggers don't really want to admit their faults:
Problems 1: Incest is rampant in the black community, most blacks are inbred from their parents being sometimes full blood/half siblings or first cousins. The chimping out is related to the family being too inbred for it's own good leading to niggers going crazier and their brains actually shrinking with each new batch of nignogs born.
Problem 2: Pedophilia is another rampant case that no one seems to notice as these motherfuckers don't care about the age of girls/women they hit on. Most of them don't even get put on the registry because it's a massive "blow" to the damn jogger's "future." When it's already ruined the future of themchild he's raped.
Problem 3: Positive reinforcement for bad behavior, now this one is just common knowledge from the current state of negroid kids. The current state of they operate in gangs for these "YNs" is it's a group of niggas who don't have a purpose, they give themselves one by hitching up with niggers they think are cool and "belong with." The easiest way to fix this is just make laws harder on minors who do this. Adult time for adult crimes with forced psychological counseling to work them into bring a normal person.
