Clearly it's the jews who wanted the war and they would like to continue, but I think the political capital is spent. Trump will say he doesn't care about the midterms and yadda yadda (posturing) but this really is doing real damage to his legacy and he cares a lot about that. He doesn't want to go into midterms where the GOP gets slaughtered and everyone knows it's because of a war he started for the jews. He needs to do a deal now and Iran will take it as it looks good for them - getting their billions of dollars in frozen money unfrozen, getting their oil business up and running again, they won't need to make any real concessions.
Wouldn't even be surprised if they started the war back up again after the midterms when the oil reserves are filled back up lol, but for now it's deal time.

>>24417247
Napkin math say 8-10 months before the strategic reserve is drained. In the 70s the United States had tank bottoms rather than removing their price controls. I think they're stubborn to try it again but not explicitly, moreso by utilizing financial instruments. Perhaps let the big companies profit on wide refinery margins.

I couldn't let this go. I want to repeat. Trump does not decide when the Hormuzzy opens. Iran does. And Israel really wants to stop Iran. There will be no deal because with the current situation Iran stands to gain with status quo whilst JewSA stands to lose. And Trump lacks the power to open the Hormuzzy. So enjoy your optimistic fantasies and watch the world economy burn over the summer.

A country gets attacked, has its leaders murdered and billions in infrastructure blown up, but defends itself to a stalemate putting the attackers in an unsustainable position worse off than when they started. Now they're supposed to "meet in the middle"? What's the logic?
Same thing in Ukraine. Russia's assault failed miserably but be nice and gift them some land instead of continuing to blow up oil refineries, right? Losers shouldn't get concessions.

>>
>>24422233
Don't expect much logic. People seem utterly ignorant of what's happening in the war just watching their retarded news and somehow thinks that Iran as a country can survive if they accept an ass-rape deal from the former superpower utterly suppressing them after getting into a favourable position - morally because JSA is so fucking amoral. The best thing Iran can do is keep the straight closed whilst maintaining the moral high ground. Which is super fucking easy because they're fighting the worst scum of the earth, jews and more pedo jews.
Iran can keep the straight closed, and they will. And there's fuck all the US can do about it. Well, until China demands it open, which I'm not sure they will.
We're in for a wild fucking ride and dumb people really think the screeching of a senile pedophile matters. I'm just glad we have norway as neighbours.
>>
>>24423834
You ignore that Iran can't export oil either after the American blockade and this export revenue is very important for the country. They did manage to put up a good fight and do a lot of damage and showed the resilience of the regime, so this is somewhat of a win for them as it will serve as deterrence against enemies in the future. If they can get their frozen money back and get back to building up their missile and drone capabilities I think they will be happy with that. I don't think they have a lot to gain from drawing this out any further.

>>

>Iran can't export oil
What is JSA kowtowing to Ch-y-na? And for the rest of your post you're absolutely delusional. They obliterated the Iron Dome, retained their capacity for M.A.D. even after the US emptied their whole arsenal upon Iran. They forced JSA to worsen relations with others to protect Shitrael with everything they got and they've now made JSA look like clowns but forcing the world to deal with their mess, whilst losing and they can't even fucking replenish their arsenal because they lack the resources for it. This is the point in history people will call the definite end of JSA hegemony. And you think "they put up a good fight"? Fucking hell.
>>
>>24424003
>I don't think they have a lot to gain
No, but they have a lot to lose. Past 2 "negotiations" have been bombed. Agreements with jews don't hold either. You seem to think this is not a fight for Irans existens but some sort of boxing match. You seem to think JSA bombing the Shia Pope is a minor detail during the last peace negotiation? You seem to think JSA terror doctrine is fine, double tapping schools and hospitals. This is about the future existence of Iran and dominance in the middle east including China in that equation. I've said this since march 2nd. Israel is a bloodthirsty beast and every neighbour recognises this.
>>
>>24426533
Kill every fucking sand nigger ... especially the ones at schools and hospitals. An all girls school in Iran is gonna be right beside the abortion clinic and clacross the street from the strip club. Uranium month end long-term price hits $95/lb, matching the all-time high from 2008 (not inflation adjusted). Kazakhstan's ANU physical fund sold the last of its material in March. Denison pre sold everything they'll produce from Phoenix until 2030. Producers are all underperforming and available material is disappearing fast.

I can't mentally bring myself to sell the miners after holding for half a year now. At least 15% of my portfolio is in oil and wheat, and 10% in cash still. It's gonna fucking happen isn't it, total stock market collapse that will bring the miners down with it? Seriously, how will the mines even function without fuel.. and it's not just the fuel but also motor oil and stuff that probably will be impacted even worse.

damn i forgot /cmmg/ was still in bant since /smg/ is more active in biz now
anyways i just bought 10K shares of Dundee DC.A today
or was i supposed to buy DPM (Dundee Precious Metals) instead lmao
I picekd DC.A because it's trading at a 40% NAV discount so it's like buying Magna, Westhaven whatever miners for cheap ($2 net cash per share and $5 per share of the actual holdings so like ~$7 NAV per share when it closed at $4.39 today)
i dont really get why it's so cheap besides it being illiquid and a spinoff like situation (like when JXN was shilling smg and it was at price-book 0.30 then) but yeah im a sucker for value trap mentality so thats what i picked

I think the big discount is due to the high G&A you have to pay for. Been a while since I looked into it so can't remember the exact figures but it's pretty high. Must be a very sweet gig being employed in such a company with a high salary not really doing much. Like royalty companies having a large amount of employees taking full salaries, for what work exactly?

makes sense it's like paying a high MER on an actively traded ETF though to me it's still attractive since it basically means someone's just doing the work for me to vouch each individual junior miner with actual connections and far more expertise than i can do online
i'll keep my position under 10% despite how tempting it is to add more (was about to break my rule and go >10% by rationalizing it as not really an individual company anyways + how much they have cash so it's like holding ~3% cash anyways at 10% portfolio allocation)

These kind of "leaks" are very blatantly coordinated between Trump/Net, especially since even the general population is starting to see how fanatical the US government is in their support of Israel. A couple months ago Netanyahu even made a public statement to American media denying that the US was the subservient side.
Remember Trump repeatedly was calling Biden stupid for freely giving weapons to Ukr, when, now, the US just spent (not sold) a large portion of their expensive interceptors on behalf of Isr. Gotta balance out the tens of billions of dollars donated with a "leaked" call wherein Trump "angrily" refers to Netanyahu as a rascal and scoundrel.

Nice stack Swedebro, I'm still at 911k. They had a nice NR out yesterday on all the studies they are doing. Management actually does a pretty good job moving the project forward efficiently it seems and at low cost compared to many others. Only C$1M in annual G&A and study work seems to be done cheaply as well. Could be we are even funded to a construction decision with the warrant money coming in, although some of it comes a bit late.
Compare their spending to a terrible case like Integra Resources, they are spending US$40M on "project development" for their two projects with no heavy drilling planned I believe. Then there's another US$40M for "DeLamar: pre-production, early works, land acquisition", not sure where that money is going as they have no permit yet and won't until next year at the earliest. Just crazy spending from that company, which is why they managed to dilute so hard their stock went from $14 in 2020 to below a dollar in 2023. They also have 8 VP positions with one small mine running that has been running for ages and two development projects that won't enter construction for at least another 18 months.
Integra just recently received their NEPA (federal) permitting timeline of just 15 months, which is pretty fast. GPG expects to enter NEPA permitting Q1 next year and the project is very simple and low impact.

I have looked at it previously yeah. Right now their market cap is almost as high as GPG but they have only 1.2Moz compared to GPG's 2Moz with much better exploration potential as well. Their ounces are also not great. It's a 1Moz mediocre open pit project in the middle of nowhere. I still think it's a decent project at $4500 gold, but you just know capex and other costs are going to be way higher than in the PEA. I think GPG's project is more attractive at $3000 gold than Fortune Bay's at $4500 gold. GPG has very high ounces right outside a 30k+ pop city and very close to a port. Only on permitting does Fortune Bay win, I believe they already got a big permit a while back, meanwhile it seems there is a perception of permitting risk for GPG.
Fortune Bay also has their Mexican project, which I have no idea whether they will be able to move forward so I just assume its value is negligible. If it was a great project one would assume they would have put some money in for development.

gold rose with the promise of falling interest rates. now global bond yields are rising, inflation is spiking due to oil supply shocks, and a strong US jobs report today makes Fed rate cuts very unlikely unless Trump's new man Warsch can work miracles. I just downvoted your comment.
FAQ
What does this mean?
The amount of karma (points) on your comment and Reddit account has decreased by one.
Why did you do this?
There are several reasons I may deem a comment to be unworthy of positive or neutral karma. These include, but are not limited to:
1. Rudeness towards other Redditors,
2. Spreading incorrect information,
3. Sarcasm not correctly flagged with a /s.
Am I banned from the Reddit?
No - not yet. But you should refrain from making comments like this in the future. Otherwise I will be forced to issue an additional downvote, which may put your commenting and posting privileges in jeopardy.
I don't believe my comment deserved a downvote. Can you un-downvote it?
Sure, mistakes happen. But only in exceedingly rare circumstances will I undo a downvote. If you would like to issue an appeal, shoot me a private message explaining what I got wrong. I tend to respond to Reddit PMs within several minutes. Do note, however, that over 99.9% of downvote appeals are rejected, and yours is likely no exception.
How can I prevent this from happening in the future?
Accept the downvote and move on. But learn from this mistake: your behavior will not be tolerated on Reddit.com. I will continue to issue downvotes until you improve your conduct. Remember: Reddit is privilege, not a right.
