Give it to me straight, /biz/. I'm one of the top salespeople in my org but shit has been dead since February. CEO is running around clearly pissed off at sales team and making comments, giving ops basically free reign to do whatever they want while cutting budget on all our tools, etc. We're already part owned by private equity, and I figured he was just cracking the whip because PE was all pissy servicing the loan was going to cut into their bonuses, but now I hear rumors from one of my higher ups that another overseas PE group visited the office and the guess is they may be in evaluations/negotiations for a sale. Like I said, I'm in sales so I'm very stupid and don't understand business, I'm just handsome and can talk to people like a normal person without sperging out. What's the deal? What's happening at my company? What should I prep for?

my mom knew this older native american guy from that family, i interacted with him occasionally when i was young, he was cool
he wanted to sell a piece of land to some middle eastern firm for some fucking reason, he asked my mom for help & she helped him
i remember even as a 12 year old retard thinking that was very strange
anyway the guy got gradually worsening dementia & distant young slut family members swept in like vultures to try and steal whatever they could before running off
seems to be a common theme with humble decent people who were pillars of small towns
