europeans have guaranteed welfare from high taxes, ameritards get lied to that they can compete with billionaires in the speculation market ending up with scraps while inflation rapes them to poverty
>>
>>62120091
europoors are poor.
>>
>>62120091
nl capital gains tax is something like 36% and you have to pay taxes on UNREALIZED gains, ireland is similiar but you have to do it every 8 years. most of the european counties are fucking 2nd or 3rd world countries other than maybe like 4-5. I believe the average german saves something like 100-150€ per month. you can do shit with that so everyone is pretty much just putting the money on their bank account while it loses to inflation. its basically this here: >>62120122 Everytime I talk to others around money about investing they act like I am literally gambling.

How is the msci world a speculation market?

>>62120135
>dutch 36% on unrealized gains
Still debated, not realized and it is being passed 2028, which is two more years from now.

Stop with your EU-US antagonism you fucking retards.
Two more weeks.

Remove 401k employer sponsored IRAs from the stats and what percentage of Americans invest in stocks?
There you go.
The percentage of Americans with personal brokerage accounts is probably ~15%.

Europeans actually have more money than Americans.
Americans are on average in debt.
Europeans on average have savings.
It's an entirely different economic philosophy. America runs on debt.

lol nah nigga my generation aint retiring
you can consign yourself to serfdom and live in wretched poverty alongside the arabs, niggers, and white trash but if you want to be a human then you have to invest
europe sucks if you aspire to be middle class
>>
>>62120091
It's mainly young people investing because we know the welfare won't do shit for us once we get older. The rest are just middle-aged people and pensioners who already have everything necessary and who very well know that they'll be able to get welfare euros anytime.

>remove (investments) and what percent invest?
europeans are poor and americans have a much better understanding of wealth
historically, it is undeniable that it has basically always been better to hold debt and assets than cash and there is little reason to assume that will change other than the typical broken clock doomsayers
>>62120135
>Everytime I talk to others around money about investing they act like I am literally gambling.
it's the same here
they tell me i should just put it into a savings account for a whopping 3-5% apy until i can buy property because that is the only asset class they believe in
i have far less faith in the housing market than stocks however
>>
>>62120184
You're literally in debt.
Germans all have savings. And paid off houses that are 150 years old.
Only the top 10% of Americans own 90% of all stocks.
Ancient Egyptian slave pyramid society.
>>
So outside of 401k plans only about 10 to 15% of Americans own stocks and most of those are company stock plans.
The percentage of indicidual brokerage account holders is at most 10%.
So 30% of Europeans own individual stock brokerage accounts while only ~8% of Americans do.
I mean, many niggers and beaners don't even have bank accounts. They cash their checks and move cash with Western Union.
That's already 50% of the American population.

>europe sucks if you aspire to be middle class
if you aspire to be any class but rich you will end up poor. and being rich doesn't mean having a big money number.
middle class is a worse death than being in abject poverty. middle class is isolating your family so they can be taken hostage and murdered.
>>
>>62120194
oh no! debt!!!!
in an economy where inflation is like 5% a year! and the snp outpaces interest alone!
>Germans all have savings.
it's completely meaningless whether you have access to credit or cash what matters is net worth
>And paid off houses that are 150 years old.
wow i'm so jealous that my home is only 10 years old i wish i could live in a rotten ruin with ramshackle utilities and no ac
why leverage that wealth either? what's the point in leveraging wealth? just let it sit in your house
the dax has done 13% apy since 2016 anyway isn't that great?

i'm not american either fyi
i can just recognize that their economy is better and that they are widely better at finances
>>
>>62120204
when you start out poor you have to climb up the ladder one rung at a time
>>
>>62120207
there are no rungs. one study of history and you will realize there has never ever been a middle class and there is nothing wrong with being poor because fate is stronger than jew monkeys chimping about owning nothing and being happy.
the rungs in the middle are rotten, check the ladder.
>>
>>62120203
Google says it's about 35% of Americans who own non-401k brokerage accounts. Sorry Europoors, you lose again.
>>
>>62120211
lmao sure everyone is equally poor
my man with $2mm net worth? living just as well as the guy with $50 scraping together next month's rent
>>
>>62120172
>Remove Americans investing and the percentage decreases
>>
Europeans are much more risk averse, especially boomers

I guess it has to do with that under the social systems in europe you dont have to take any risk normally, you have a save job, health insurance, taking risk is not normal and the potential to lose money sounds too dangerous, same why europe has such a weak entrepreneur scene
>>
>>62120091
I'm one of those europoors.
My net worth is now down 90% thanks to crypto.
I will advice my sons and entire family to never invest, ever.
>>
>>62120091
The government takes 38% of profits in my yuropoor country. That's why.

>our ponzi pensions are guaranteed
lol

we have those ponzi pensions also btw
>>
>>62120091
Americans have higher disposable income than most european countries, but the main reason is that american retirement plans depend on the stock market while us eurofags are forced to buy into the ponzi scheme pension system
>>
>>62120194
>Germans all have savings. And paid off houses
Germany is one of the european nations withthe lowest percentage of people owning their home kek.
Germans are perma-rentoids.
