What? No way. She's got long and thin proportions with seemingly narrow shoulders. The majority of anime characters are proportioned like that, they just scale down the numbers and say the characters is 150cm or less because that's less intimidating and more easy for some Japanese guy to conceptualize.
It's like when you see those "life-sized" display cutouts of anime or vtuber characters and their limbs are so small you could easily wrap your fingers around their biceps and triceps.
