They put sprinkles on bread and eat it as an open-faced sandwich

They eat kangaroos, which absolutely tastes like ass. Would recommend the boars though.

Is kangaroo meat seen as low class or gross in Australia? I watched Wake In Fright last weekend and it's treated as this nasty thing that only outback bogans eat.
>>
>>22049704
It's niche.
>>
>>22049704
When that movie was filmed kangaroo meat wasn't all that commercially available so the kind of people who ate it were the rednecks who had to hunt for it.
These days it is farmed and available everywhere so it's not all that looked down upon. It's seen as a healthier and gamier alternative to beef.

Interesting. I wanna try it but we can't even get horse meat here in the states let alone kangaroo.
>>
>>22049704
For the longest time, it was literal dogfood tier, couldn't legally sell it for human consumption.
>>
>>22050987
Yes you can retard. I even worked at a upscale restaurant that had kangaroo on the menu

I assume this is prepackaged because just one sausage and a bunch of chhese(?) on taht much bread? No self-respecting man would deliberately make this for himself.

A strange intersection of vintage British, Mediterranean, and South East Asian

Chicken Parmigiana (with ham under the cheese) with fries and garden salad is the national dish - It's in every pub, cafe, hotel, food court, or casual restaurant
>>
>>22048293
I had crumbed fried eggplant and rice for dinner that was pretty good

It's Burrata- a form of mozarell with a soft, gooey centre. You uncultured piece of shit.

This menu from Outback Steakhouse ought to help.
>>
>>
>>22049704
It is for some reason don’t know why it’s because it’s good meat not bad at all
>>
>>22049431
it's very easy to make, it's mostly just chicken stock powder and salt
you can find a good recipe easily
>>
>>22050849
it's actually not farmed, all the kangaroo you see in supermarkets are from wild kangaroos that have been hunted
>>
>>22054464
>Victoria's Filet
Now I can't get Queen Vic's tender loins out of my head.
Side note: not a single thing on this menu is typical Australian food.
>>
>>22055373
yeah we don't eat steak in Australia, you can't even find them at the local grocer. It's all just fairy bread and Fosters.
>>
>>22055375
And vegemite!
I wonder what vegemite fairy bread would taste like?
>>
>>22055375
tbf, there are a lot of dishes I would put above steak in terms of commonality
>>22054464
>no lamb
