>Admit some food thing that you wouldn't want your friends to know I eat feta cheese with every meal no matter what the food is, savory or sweet - doesn't matter. I have a problem.
>>22050392 >Admit some food thing that you wouldn't want your friends to know I can't cook as well as I pretend to. I eat things off the floor at home. My refrigerator isn't as spotless as I claim I lie about not eating potato chips I put cheap pasta in DeCecco boxes so it looks like I don't buy store brand pasta
>>22050392 >I dont wanna make food and bring it to work and im often too lazy to go shopping for food to make at home so, let me get this laid out. you're: >too lazy yet >have a job
people like you are the reason things take forever and inflation is allowed to happen. you'd allow horrible things like communism and gender affirming care just because you're too lazy to say, "no, that shit is harmful."
>>22050919 Hehe xd, you sure PWNED that anon hard lol >>22050392 I cook daily and eat quite healthy generally but lately I've been ordering a lot of McDonalds. Uber keeps giving me these buy 1 get 1 free deals and if I've forgotten to eat for the day and feel too lazy to cook I'll order a days worth of calories in the evening. My order will be something like 4 burgers (big ones) 2 large fries and if I feel like I'll be able to have dessert I'll maybe get a McFlurry. For drinks I always go with a banana milkshake or a coke.
>>22050392 I grew up dirt poor, always hungry. Now I have a job and some money I binge eat until I’m sick in on regular basis. The acid in the puke has rotted my teeth.
>>22052589 Also I'm not sure if you understood what I meant by nutrient dense. I think high volume foods might be more accurate. Basically foods that are very filling while also being very low in calories.
>>22053149 Your comment makes me think you are a fat glutton. I'm fairly skinny and cooking twice a day can be exhausting, especially if I'm busy. I also have trouble getting my daily calories in and McDonalds never feels like a chore to eat + the macros are really nice if you order the right items.
>>22053015 I don't really think it is either. You already swallow a bunch of mucus and other shit every day without forcing it. Actually staying healthy with nutritious food, exercise, fresh air, etc. is how you stay less susceptible to illness.
>>22050480 Listen very carefully You need regular direct sunlight You need to use screens less You need to go to bed at not 3AM in the morning You need to stop eating so much sugar All of the above are things you would naturally do Then you wont be "dying" any more. Take some responsibility.
>>22054168 To add on to this, since most people posting here are probably on their computer all day: Start using a blue light filter, it really helps with eye strain.
