Where and how i work, my daily requirement is 30-40 grams minimum, but often i need to consume 60+ grams before i feel satisfied.
Cottage cheese, canned tuna, boiled eggs are easy fillers to get above 40 daily.

Salads are such a shitty form of preparing food, imagine being such a lazy nigger that cutting and throwing raw vegetables into a bowl doused with vegetable oil sugar vinegar “sauce” is appealing.
I can tell you everything in that bowl would be better as soup or stew.
Even roasted vegetables are appealing, the only vegetables good raw are carrots, that’s it.

Bad take. You should find a place with a good salad. Learn from them to make your own salad at home. Most of the ones you buy are bad, but every once in a while you find one with effort put into it
