I chop my onions fat and wide. Same with the garlic, because it's more flavorful this way.

If you finely slice or dice your ingredients, you're making a grave and foolish mistake.

These will be going in the soup exactly as they are.

It's up to you. In a soup, it really won't matter. I'd chop up the garlic finer.

The thickness should depend on how long they will be cooked for, how cooked you want them, and the manner in which they will be eaten.

It's a pretty average spoon, there's nothing wrong with it.

I like biting into a big hunk of garlic for the spice.

Cooked for about 5 minutes in very hot water.

At least crush your garlic OP. You're missing out on a ton of flavor by not crushing them before cooking.

I cut my garlic like this. Adds the flavor and then gives you a nice bonus textural element and mega flavor absorber. It's like the marshmallows in lucky charms. Love getting a garlic slice bite.

in "can't cook" rankings, people who overuse garlic are only just above people who refuse to use salt
>>
>>22054298
Actually that's wrong. The more you chop an onion, the more you break down its cell barriers, and the more flavour is released.

Yes they do. They don't eat fresh garlic they have to chop themselves because they're fat and lazy but they love garlic powder, jarlic, garlic salt, minced dried garlic, etc. My source is all the big fat youtubers who use garlic in all forms other than freshly chopped. Ja/ck/ and Amberlynn are prime examples.

No, my girlfriend left those there earlier because she's a messy cook. I only used the big one. I left the others for her to clean z which she did about 3 hours ago
