I use ketchup instead of tomato paste

What even is an example? Overcooking something? Some mistake? There are no sins.

I work as a line cook and dont smoke cigarettes.

At my last job, I made the soups and chili in the morning. I got tired of dicing up a ton of garlic so I ordered a huge jar of prediced garlic. My chef found out and got pissed lol

BBQ sauce sandwhich
ingredients:
-BBQ sauce
-bread

Yeah, you made the soup taste at least 15% less good. I worked for a chef who wouldn't allow even pre-peeled garlic because it sacrificed flavor. You really fucked up.
>>

When I was about 9 or 10 I was into salsa sandwiches made like yours, and I put BBQ sauce on ham sandwiches.

The idea of eating either of those things as an adult makes me kind of sick.

You can't actually taste the difference
>>
Bless me father for i have sinned.
I haven't cooked anything in over a year
>>
>>22055356
Of course you can. Well, maybe YOU can't. But that minced garlic in brine in a jar is 100% noticeable to most people. The thing about peeled is also true. Just smell and taste for yourself. Maybe your tongue and nose are handicapped.

I have been smoking cigarettes since I was 13 so possibly
>>
>>22055281
your swindling your diners out of extra flavor. you should be ashamed
>>
>>22055442
It’s a mustier garlic
Which is done in some things imo, but really if you were tired of chopping it out whatever you should’ve gotten a thingy
Like a garlic press or something

I don't marinate or prepare my steak in any way. I just toss the meat on the grille, throw salt on each side, and when it's ready I throw seasoning on it AFTER it's done. Then I eat all of it. And I like it that way.

I cum in the frosting of the cakes I make for my family

garlic is garlic.

I found out you can make smoked meat by taking the drippings and water from the tray in the bottom of your smoker, and putting that in a crock pot and slow cooking it. the meat tasted exactly the same as smoking it.

I have created spicy potatoes last night.
Recipe:
2 large potatoes
Sauce from buldak noodles
Cut the potatoes in pieces, fried them until slightly golden, added salt and a spice I like, then dumped the rest of the sauce packet (I never use the whole one) onto the tatoes. Added hot water halfway through because I like them a bit mushy. The result was pretty spicy but tolerable fried potatoes. Might make this again if I get hit with 2AM manic episode one more time.

some times I take some steak leftovers cook it too much and have it with ketchup for nostalgia of when I was a kid and my parents overcooked meat.
>>
>>22055277
I will eat pasta sauce with potatoes or rice. Or stir fry with pasta or potatoes. Or chili con carne with pasta. A carb source is a carb source, it can make variety easier during the week.

And I put garlic and white wine with bacon in my carbonara

Alright here is true sin:
I like snacking on mayonaise sandiwiches instead of cookies.
>>
>>22055277
I don't like steak. Like plain steak as a meal, it's fine if it's steak used as an ingredient. Way too expensive and overhyped for what you get.
>>
>>22055277
I use a lot of spices and seasonings on literally everything. /ck/ calls me brown and a cooklet for it but I will continue to do it
>>
>>22055716
