I like the low salt version of V8, not for any health reasons but it just tastes better and has a more full veggie flavor

What makes V8 disgusting to me is the carrot juice. Carrot over powers juices and gives it that steel, metallic taste. I don't like it in hot sauces either. Funny that I don't mind raw or cooked carrots.
