Len himself is simply captivating. I'd fall in love with him regardless of whether he was innocent or pervy, affable or supercilious. It's neither a fetish of mine, nor something I frequently think about. I've never even actually received an enema.
As is usual with my dreams, I forgot some of the details soon after waking up, but here's what I can remember:
For some reason, I was at a hospital, and Len was accompanying me. While he was waiting outside the patient room, the doctor told me that I needed an enema. I was really nervous and kept squirming around, so the doctor sighed and injected my lower back with a syringe filled with saline (or at least I hoped it was that), just to have done something. The other doctor looked at me in a disapproving manner, telling me that running away from the unpleasant facts of life won't change anything about their very real existence. Wishing to restore my sense of pride, I went back to the doctor from before. You should bring him inside, for I have a special task just for him." Then, he explained that he wanted Len to treat me, while he himself would stand near us as an observer to step in if needed. Poor Len was just as perplexed as I was, fidgeting with the device and afraid that he might royally mess up and injure me (honestly, I feared the very same thing, but couldn't bring myself to admit it). Noticing this, the doctor offered to take Len's place, but, following a sudden impulse, I grabbed him by the sleeve and whispered in his ear that I won't let anyone else do this. Despite Len's lack of medical experience or knowledge, the procedure went well....And then I woke up.
