I like Full Metal Daemon Muramasa a lot. It's excellent.
I'm kind of "prison straight" when it comes to visual novels and anime. I'm 100% gay, but I really can't stand the archetypal BL artstyle, so I tend to read and watch content targeted at heterosexual male otakus. My favorite cute male characters from the eroge I read are usually not made to be treated as cute males.

It's a shame there isnt much art of Mamiya with Yuuki - or, at least not as much as there is of the yuri couples of Subahibi. Their dynamic is quite appealing to me.

I started learning in 2020, I went all out on grammar (lots of googling and reading pdfs), as well as cramming JLPT wordlists up to N1 for a couple of months. the rest has just been engaging with what I like or am curious about, of course with the occasional trouble-shooting -- I can't help but read with a dictionary like tagaini jisho open, just in case a word appears and I want to put it in a list for later reference or just learning ^^"

the overwhelming majority of promising gay shota visual novels Ive been able to find of vndb have been available only in japanese. it's quite sad for a filthy eop like myself... and there isnt much of a shota game tradition in the west, so there isnt any real alternative.
unfortunately, ive already committed to learning a language that isnt japanese, so i'll be stuck waiting for the shota god to translate and publish the lovely shota visual novels i cant understand for now.
