I just think he's a very bland generic shonen hero with a waifu harem. They also tried to play it safe by making him 15 and giving him a much deeper voice than it looks like the design should have just in case the normies get grossed out by playing as a shota.

I also was just really disappointed by that game after the X cliffhanger was put on hold for 10 years.

I have some disclaimers for ones I had to reach for. I like Florian, just nowhere near as much as most people seem to. I do know why I love Hotarumaru. He's super cute. But the only thing I know about him or touken ranbu is that he exists. And I've never disliked Syaoran. But I used to be indifferent to him whereas now I like him a lot.
I feel kind of bad for having Killua on there three times and Gon twice when there's so many shos that I love that I couldn't fit in anywhere. But for those categories they were simply the obvious choice.
And don't take it personally, Selim anon. I like him. I just know I'd be too scared of him.

And here I was worried my tastes were too basic. The character development one is one I had a hard time deciding. What tipped me towards Killua was that his development happens as a shota. And that it not only doesn't involve him being attracted to a girl ever, but in fact is heavily centered on his relationship with another boy.
