I’ve been looking at 9S and I’m unsure, does he have a bulge? The skimpiest official design I’ve found was concept art, while his pubic mound was more defined than 2B’s I dunno if the evidence is strong enough to come to the conclusion that he might have some equipment down there?

Picrel is the concept art, fig. C has his shorts crotch ending convexly, as if there is something hanging, while the other 9S’s with exposed crotches have their shorts ending in a clear /\.
