It honestly depends on who you source it from (literally), but in my experience it's difficult to get the proper meat to fat marbling ratio on human belly - it's either all fat and is basically inedible, or it's all meat and just gets tough. But yeah, comparing it to other meats pig is closest (though it's got a bit stronger flavor to it, kind of hard to describe), though it depends on how you prepare it and, again, which cut you're using.

Used to work in a morgue in a small town hospital (Midwest), had access to recently deceased human bodies so I carved pieces out occasionally. Anyone who says the show is better is a retarded normie. All the show did was mellow out everything and ruin the characters. I liked the noir twist. The History of the supes is much more interesting than anything the show has done with the characters. The show is literally becoming capeshit despite it supposedly being a deconstruction of it. This scene has significantly more weight than anytime a character in the show call Christianity "sky daddy worship". I respect the comic. Even though the art and story is bad, Garth knew what he wanted to make. It was edgy. It was a deconstruction. It took a good shot at every group and didn't pretend to be anything else. The only time it tries to be an authentic hero story is when Hugie tries to stop Butcher from releasing the virus.

The show on the other hand is straight up safe garbage that still attempt to be a hero story.
Season one felt so close to the comics with it tone. Then later on, it became a Jewish and left wing American canvas where the most shocking thing you can portray is a guy, with a white skin tone and is absolutely racist and evil, getting turned into a bloody mess with his ass spread open for the viewer to see. It's lame, gay, without a hint of bite.
