Considering it was on the heels of Chicken Little, Home on the Range, and was followed by Bolt, I'd say it's an excellent movie.

It's a shame it came out when it did, because it was held back by the studios reputation at the time. I think if it came out a decade prior or a decade later, it would be considered a classic
