Pardon my use of Koikatsu, but I'm currently trying to generate some hype here.
Among the lot of my projects, my plan is to create a Marvel-based story that stars the Silver Samurai. This story is set in a separate Marvel universe outside the main ones.
The plot is (me sticking my middle finger against Rent-A-Girlfriend creator Reiji Miyajima but actually) about how Kenuichio Harada (the OG SS) adopted a boy who had been disposed of by his family. He raised and trained him to become next in line to head the Yashida Clan.
The boy, named Shigen, has the mutant power to slow down time and erase it; that power extends to his hidden sword style. He also as mild clairvoyance like Spider-Man Peter Parker. (But all this actually makes him JoJo's Diavolo.) His weakness is that he gets tired and hungry after using his powers
Shigen saves/defeats Madolyne Pryor, the clone of Jean Grey (or maybe she IS Jean Grey). When Wolverine kills Harada in combat, Shigen takes his revenge against him by slicing off his adamantium claws.
The story will continue forth as he gets involved (positivyly) with AIM, The Hand, The 10 Rings, Serpent Society, The Hellfire Club, and eventually with Riri Williams' Avengers. The main plot is the hunt for Mister Sinister (the creep who cloned Jean) and his secret new member.
...it's a lot to take in. But I wanna start from somewhere.

Ironwood was just poorly handled but I'm pretty sure Monty always had him ending up in an antagonistic role planned. Hd had the imposing authoritarian nature needed.
Its Adam whose character got ruined because it was very clear he was meant for some kind of ideologically fueled battle surrounding Blake and Weiss but instead just became "Blake's toxic ex" to fuel a shipping related battle.
