Not really. Yes as >>153272137 said she didn't have as strong of a reaction over time, but Ewing and the editors and what they chose to focus on and their lack of care towards characterizatio meant that they just used a scenario which forced them to bond (which is fine) but MJ's whole time during the run is like her in the backseat and maybe she like meditates one issue but that's it, it's not any real conflict so there's no continuous feeling from 300 to now. It wasn't really earned and you bet She-Venomh coming up won't be earned but who even cares if a design like that is being used. Shit's fucked and a massive waste of potential. Real substance of a character's thoughts aren't shown in much flashbacks or thought bubbles and so it all feels hollow. So yeah fuck it. One day, a guy like me will sneak their way in and actually fix Marvel. Get rid of the diversity insanity like gay Iceman and redo arcs like this or Krakoa except in a better way or a different way. I know I will try, once I get a book written.
