You can see there's no ice cream in it but it tastes like there's a scoop or two of vanilla in there. Also medications can have bad interactions with other drugs or be ill advised when certain conditions are present. You need an expert to consider all the factors. If it's a medication you've had before, it can be important for you doctor to ask it it's still working and give you an opportunity to mention any new issues. Now whether the doctor actually does a good job of all this, that's another matter.
