And did that even work? Hoppers wasn't able to do double its budget and you know the rules that theaters get half of that money and during the final weeks the theater gets MORE of that box office. And Hoppers doesn't have streaming allure because its story is not only boring but actively ANNOYING. The main character being an obnoxious college activist stereotype who behaves in such an inhuman way is just moronic and annoying. The sad thing is that I didn't see Mable's personality as being unrealistic, that's how nature activists behave, they would be happy to see you mauled to death by a polar bear even if you're not a hunter because their beliefs are anti human. These are subhuman traitors that should have been aborted.
